Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Payments
-
Tours must be paid in full at the time of booking via phone or online. Booking dates will not be reserved until full payment is made. Payment on the day will not be accepted.

Airport transfers to be paid on the day. We accept both Cash and EFTPOS.
-
Corporate Charters to be paid 24 hours prior to pick up.
-
Prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
For Tours:
-
More than 14 days’ notice: Full refund (minus processing fees if applicable)
-
2-14 days notice: Partial refund of 50 %
-
Less than 48 hours notice / No-show: No refund
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:
-
Weather conditions
-
Safety concerns
-
Insufficient bookings
In these cases, customers will be offered:
-
A full refund, or
-
An alternative date

For Corporate Charters;
Cancellations may incur a fee at drivers’ discretion. ​
3. Changes to Bookings
-
Changes must be requested at least 14 days before the tour.
-
We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
-
Additional fees may apply.
4. Participant Responsibilities
-
Guests must arrive on time at the designated meeting point.
-
Participants must follow all instructions provided by the guide.
-
Any behaviour deemed unsafe or disruptive may result in removal from the tour without refund.
-
Passengers must behave respectfully toward the driver and vehicle.
-
The driver has the right to refuse or terminate a trip if:
-
The passenger is aggressive, abusive, or intoxicated to an unsafe level
-
There is risk to safety or property
-
No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances permitted in the vehicle.
5. Safety & Legal Compliance
-
All passengers must wear seatbelts as required by law.
-
Children must be secured in appropriate child restraints in accordance to state law. Child seats can be provided for a $25 fee.
-
All children & Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
-
The driver will comply with all road laws and safety regulations.
-
No food is to be consumed without consent of the driver.
-
Alcohol consumption is banned under Victorian state law un CPV vehicles. These can be obtained at an additional cost of approx. $100.
-
Vehicle is fitted with internal and external security cameras as per Victoria state requirements.
6. Health & Fitness Requirements
-
Some tours may involve walking, uneven terrain, or physical activity.
-
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are medically and physically fit to participate.
Please advise us of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility concerns prior to the tour.
7. Liability & Risk
Participation in tours is at your own risk.
We are not liable for:

Personal injury
-
Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings
-
Delays caused by factors beyond our control
-
Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events
-
Missed flights, appointments, or connections
Liability is limited to the cost of the fare, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, liability is limited to:

Re-supplying the service, or
-
Refunding the cost of the service
8. Travel Insurance
-
We strongly recommend all participants obtain appropriate travel insurance, especially for full-day or multi-day tours.
9. Weather Conditions
-
Tours operate in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.
-
Please dress appropriately for the conditions.
10. Photography & Media
-
We may take photos or videos during tours for marketing purposes.
-
By participating, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify us otherwise.
11. Privacy
-
Personal information collected during bookings will be used only for service delivery and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
12. Pickup & Drop-off
-
Pickup time and location will be confirmed prior to the tour. Only one pick-up and drop-off location is permitted. Both locations must be the same and agreed upon with the driver in advance.

Participants who arrive late to the designated pick-up location may miss the tour and will not be eligible for a refund.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including:

Natural disasters
-
Government restrictions
-
Road closures
-
Public health events
14 Routes & Travel
-
The most efficient or practical route will be taken unless otherwise requested.
-
Traffic conditions, road closures, and weather may affect travel time and cost.
15. Damage & Cleaning Fees
-
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
-
Cleaning fees may be charged in cases of spills, excessive mess, or illness.
16. Airport Transfers (if applicable)
-
Flight details must be provided for pickups.
-
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or missing flight information.
-
Waiting time may be limited unless pre-arranged.
